Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United States. Some states restrict the delivery of tobacco products; those states cannot be selected at checkout. States we cannot currently ship to: none at present. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Orders the carrier cannot deliver are returned to us, and we refund the order less shipping.
Taxes
State sales and tobacco taxes are calculated for your delivery address and shown before you pay.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind every cigar we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price.
How to return an order
Write to us with your order number before sending anything back, and we will send you instructions. Once your return arrives, we refund the purchase price to the card you paid with.
Society deliveries
Society deliveries follow the same delivery terms and carry the same 30-day guarantee. To stop future deliveries, cancel from Manage membership.
